Last night I tried a hip hop dance class. I was the one in the back waving my arms in the wrong direction. Best part of it was that it made me laugh at myself (non-stop for the whole hour).
Here's a "type A" way to reduce stress.
And here's a more passive option; get a plant and stare at it. This is one of my favorites. It's an Oyster Plant. I love the purple striped leaves.
